ViiV Healthcare is a joint venture between GSK, Pfizer and Shionogi and focused entirely on HIV therapies.

Christina’s career has been marked by her passion to drive innovation and change and her main expertise is in creating and scaling new businesses and functions, as well as delivering on strategic initiatives. She gained her experience working in both startup and corporate environments, spanning across consulting, HR, marketing and general management. Christina has extensive experience in new product launches and has developed GSK’s global approach to launching new medicines.

Christina is currently the Operations Director of the ViiV Healthcare innovation unit overseeing the operations in London and Boston. Her responsibilities include coaching and mentoring innovation teams in ViiV and in healthcare technology startups to come up with customer-focused solutions and helping them test and develop these ideas, participating in investment decisions and identifying opportunity areas in which to focus new innovation efforts.

Christina is actively engaging in digital health to support startups and scale-ups in developing their businesses and applying the principles of design thinking.
